Relacom will take on some of Fujitsu’s national on-site installation, maintenance and repair services beginning on 1 May 2017. As a result, companies will be able to better meet the changing IT infrastructure service needs of their clients all over Finland as well as repair situations with critical response time. This change will also allow producing the services more efficiently across the nation.
Relacom will take on part of Fujitsu Finland’s installation, maintenance and repair services performed at the end customers’ premises as a result of a transfer of business. This change applies to 39 Fujitsu employees who will join Relacom as veteran staff.
The transfer of business operations does not have direct effects of personnel.
